What is ULTRA FILTRATION?
Here’s how it works:

Fresh, high quality milk directly from the farms

Pasteurisation to kill any bacteria, harmful microorganisms

We pass it through special semi-permeable membranes under gentle pressure – think of it like a sieve

Smaller molecules like water, lactose, sugar and some minerals gently pass through as permeate
5
Larger goodness like natural protein, calcium and vitamins stay behind and get concentrated in the retentate

We carefully recombine the best parts, add back just the right amount of water for perfect creaminess and often add lactase enzyme to break down remaining lactose
